booking fee is payable to secure your
accommodation. You will then deal direct with the owner to arrange keys and
payment. Deposits and rental payments are to be paid directly to the owner.

No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

All noise is to cease by 10 pm and consideration is to be shown
to neighbors.

security bond may be required on arrival.
Please negotiate this directly with the owner at the enquiry stage. This will be returned at the conclusion of your stay. This is required as
security for the property.

Balance of the tariff is required on arrival
direct to the owner
before keys can be released.

Occupancy cannot commence until full payment has been made.

You
will be met at the apartment with the keys at a
pre-arranged time with the owner.

Tenancies commence from 2pm on the day of arrival to
10am on the day of departure. Earlier arrivals are possible only by prior
arrangement and only if the apartment
is available.

A penalty
may be charged for
anyone who exceeds the 10am checkout, except by prior arrangement with the
owner.

To
secure a property a booking fee and/or deposit as required by the owner is payable
at the time of booking.
- Prices on the website may vary from those quoted.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number of beds
provided.
- All breakages, damage and lost keys are to be reported
to the owner immediately. The occupants will be responsible for any damage
incurred to the property.
- We will describe the premises and position to
the best of our ability and in good faith. No responsibility will be taken or refunds
made for any variation from descriptions supplied. We make all efforts to ensure that the accommodation is as
presented.
- The premises are not to be sub-let in whole or part and
are to be occupied for the sole purpose of residential accommodation only.
- The booking is made in good faith but may
be subject to change as may be notified by the owner prior to the commencement
of the booking. Manly Holiday Apartments accepts no responsibility for changes
or cancellations made by the owner.
- No responsibility is taken for guests' personal
property left on premises.

An end of stay cleaning fee ($120) may be charged
by the owner if the property is not left in good order.
